PMI County Line is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing.

Residential management includes individual condominiums, small (8 – 20 unit) condominium buildings, apartment buildings, and single-family homes. Commercial buildings include office, retail and medical buildings. We are a full service property manager, which means we offer tenant screening and leasing as well as rent collection, maintenance coordination and financial reporting.
Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a larger franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years. The experience PMI County Line has gained worldwide… truly reflects within our service offerings on a local level.

Jim grew up working in his family’s business, which was both exciting and frustrating at times. He understands the unique challenges of being a business owner and managing property and managing investments. Those life experiences, along with the ethics instilled in him by his parents, built a solid work foundation and strong character traits. They are the cornerstone of who he is today.
He gained extensive experience managing his own transportation company and, later, overseeing the local office of another national transportation company while also functioning as the national asset and compliance officer for all their facilities. Concurrently he managed the family’s real estate portfolio through acquisitions, sales and property management for the past 20 years.
Jim believes in solid long-term relationships, which lead toward building a strong business foundation. He is excited to use his experience to come alongside commercial and residential property owners and facilitate successful leases and profitable property management.
Family and faith are key components of Jim’s life. He has been married for 40 years, with two children and two grandsons. He’s shared his experience and passed alongside his work ethic to family members. His daughter is a successful wedding planner and his son, Garrett, works alongside him in County PMI. Jim and Garrett both welcomed the opportunity to serve you in your property management needs.
Kevin is an Owner/Broker of PMI Coachella Valley (also PMI Beverly Hills and PMI San Bernardino), I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington in Psychology/Poli Sci and a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
Licensed Broker by the California Department of Real Estate and NARPM, CAI, and VRMA member. My background is in the Technology world, where I was the CIO for several public organizations, before retiring to the world of Property Management.
